The judicial managers of CLICO?International Life went to court yesterday to file additional information to their restructuring plan for the beleaguered company.
Oliver Jordan and Patrick Toppin of Deloitte Consulting Limited in Barbados were appointed judicial managers of CLICO International Life Insurance Limited’s parent company in Barbados last April 14.
On July 28, the judicial managers filed their final report to the court which contained their findings on the company’s operation, as well as their recommendations for restructuring the insurance company.
A company spokesperson told the WEEKEND?NATION yesterday that the court had not yet adjudicated the last report that was filed.
