Forty two year-old Dave Henderson Powers is expected in court tomorrow morning on five charges including that of murdering Kari Cumberbatch in an attack outside CinCin By the Sea Restaurant in Prospect, St James last Wednesday.
Powers, of Eden Lodge, St Michael is also charged with the attempted murder of his wife Alviena Powers, her kidnapping, illegal possession of a firearm and illegal possession of ammunition all on the same day.
He is scheduled to appear in the Holetown Magistrate’s Court.
Cumberbatch, 33, of Fairview Heights, St George, died in the carpark of the restaurant where he was a line chef. (AC)
