MARK ANTHONY BLAGGROVE was granted $50 000 bail when he appeared in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court today on drug charges.
The 35-year-old Clarke’s Avenue, Bayville, St Michael resident was arrested and charged by police in relation to the seizure of about 24 pounds of cannabis at a Bridgetown import business, on December 19, 2014.
The illegal drug was discovered contained in a personal shipment of animal feed received from overseas.
Blaggrove faces charges of possession, possession with intent to supply, trafficking and importation and will return to court on March 24, 2015.
He was ordered to surrender his passport and report to the Hastings Police Station every Wednesday by 10 a.m. (PR/NB)
