Government documents falling off a truck?

ANYONE PASSING along the front of the Nation Publishing Co. Limited this evening was met with an untidy sight.

Dozens of strips of seemingly hand-torn Government documents were littered across the front of the building. A few bewildered and amused staff members came out to look at the sight, with conspiracy theorists claiming the papers were secret documents which had been destroyed to make sure they never become public knowledge.

Some of the pieces of paper carried logos from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and  Foreign Trade and the Ministry of Industry, International Business, Commerce and Small Business Development.

Further inspection revealed an open bag of refuse nearby which was considered to be the origin of the ripped documents. It is unknown exactly how the papers got where they were, although the theory is they simply fell off a garbage truck. (CA)
