AN ALLEGED CASE of bullying at a secondary school in the north has left a Christ Church mother with questions.

Her son was reportedly beaten by a fourth-former outside the school compound last Friday morning after he refused to hand over money.

The woman said her son was pushed into the road and he fell after he tried to prevent the aggressor from searching his pockets. The two engaged in a scuffle while he was on the ground, which left her son with injuries to the right eye and a swollen jaw.

She now has to take him for an X-ray today to determine whether the bone close to the right eye is fractured. Plus, there is blood leaking into the eye from a vessel, she added.
