POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING a serious accident which occurred about 9:45 a.m. today on Black Rock Main Road, St Michael.
It involved a route taxi driven by35-year-old Derrick Waterman of Mount Brevitor, St Peter and a private motor vehicle driven by 42-year-old Junior Alleyne of St Barnabas, St Michael.
Eight passengers from the route taxi complained of various pains about their bodies and were taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulances. Both drivers sought private medical attention. (PR/NB)
