KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT is the new buzz term in Barbados.
More than 100 people from both the public and private sectors, including members of Cabinet, have already been sensitised and Minister of Human Resource Development, Senator Dr Esther Byer, said different categories of people will be strategically trained going forward.
Byer was speaking today at the opening ceremony of a stakeholder validation workshop for the knowledge management consultancy at Accra Beach Hotel.
The aim of the consultancy is to develop a strategy for Barbados. Â (YB)
