Champ’s warning

THE PRO ranks of the International Federation of Bodybuilders (IFBB) had better take note of Barbados.

That is the advice from trail-blazing Maurice Arthur who became the first man to capture a pro event for Barbados in such lofty ranks after taking the Toronto Pro men’s physique competition on Saturday night in Canada.

Arthur returned to the island yesterday with his brother/manager, Ryan Arthur, to be warmly welcomed home by family and friends. Mother, Sylvia Arthur-Hurdle, who launched Twin Gym 2000 in 1997 was overjoyed as she embraced and kissed her champion son.
