Jordan still in the fray

THE POLITICAL CAREER of hotelier Colin Jordan will not be thwarted by his recent bout of illness.

The assurance is coming from Jordan, the Barbados Labour Party’s candidate to contest the St Peter constituency currently held by former Prime Minister Owen Arthur.

Speaking to the WEEKEND NATION earlier this week about his health scare, the hotel executive and former president of the Barbados Hotel & Tourism Association (BHTA) said despite the seriousness of his brush with a blood clot, his political aspirations were still strong.
