A NUMBER OF frustrated clothing vendors have finally collected their stock from the Seawell Customs Warehouse.

The first bags were released was around 1:15 p.m., giving the businesspeople just a few hours to benefit from last rush of Old Year’s Day shoppers.

The vendors said they had been waiting for their imported items for more than a week and had lost out on several sales.

They said they were told the vehicle which would transport the items to the warehouse was not working.  (CA)
