Share post:

THE LONG trail of molasses continues.

Following the controversial dumping of the sugar cane by-product at sites including St Stephen’s Hill, St Michael; Clifton Hall, St Thomas; and Harlington, St Philip – a truck carrying the dark brown substance along Bank Hall, St Michael spilled some of the cargo along the road yesterday, creating a mess at the doorsteps of Terrific Tiles.

According to eyewitnesses, the spill, which caused traffic to divert, happened after the driver of the truck was forced to apply brakes suddenly after another vehicle stopped suddenly.

Luckily, a support truck travelling closely behind with sand was prepared for such an occurrence.
