AGROFEST TOOK some schoolchildren back in time yesterday.
It was all about the younger ones as one of the new highlights this year was games for the children to compete against each other. One of them was rolling – a popular pastime from the past, where you took a rod and rolled a bicycle wheel rim across the ground.
Such activities harken back to yesteryear but a few of the children took to it like it was yesterday instead and had a blast. (CA)
