METHODISM WAS on the march as members of the Ebenezer circuit took to the streets to proclaim their oneness and Christian conviction this afternoon.

The event symbolised a Palm Sunday march and involved all four Methodist churches in St Philip namely Ebenezer, Beulah, Shrewsbury and Rices, from where the procession began.

The walk through was accompanied by music that served as a fillip for the participants to sing, dance and wave palm branches on the air.

Newly appointed superintendent of the circuit Reverend Anthony Sobers and Rev. Arlette Waterman of Ebenezer Church led the flock through the nearby districts of Crane, St Philip. (JS)
