COMMUTERS IN the Wanstead, St James area want a route taxi driver taken off the van and his licence suspended until he gets his act together.
Apparently, for the last several weeks people travelling in the van have had to wake up this man who constantly falls asleep behind the wheel.
On one occasion the passenger sitting next to him had to lean over and drive the vehicle because the driver was in a deep sleep, even snoring.
Passengers want to know if the obese driver has a medical condition or if he is just tired. Whatever the problem, they say he is putting the passengers’ lives at risk and he shouldn’t be driving.
Bitter parting
THERE HAS BEEN a major shake-up at a certain organization and the brakes have been applied on two of the senior people who were the driving forces for many years.
Reports indicate that a new board is in place and one of the two bosom buddies who were running things jumped ship and the other was unceremoniously booted out.
Rumour has it that the latter is so angry at being ousted that he is threatening to sabotage an event which should be taking place soon. But people are saying that instead of causing strife with the organization he should be worried about the legal officials who are coming after him with a vengeance.
Members who have been raising red flags about this organization are hoping to put all the drama behind them and start on a new track.
Gay bashing
TWO GAY MEN embroiled in an ongoing dispute have taken their row to the social media.
The two popular gays have been making charges and counter-charges on Facebook, calling each other derogatory names and spilling the beans on who sleeps with whom.
The drama has become so heated that now they are posting some demeaning pictures of each other on the social network.
Some of their friends were so horrified about the images that they have “unfriended” them but this has not deterred the two drama queens from fighting on line.
Pregnant for same man
TWO WOMEN who were attending the maternity clinic together have just found out that they are both pregnant for the same man.
Apparently, the women struck up a friendship and after weeks of talking to each other they discovered that their unborn babies have the same deadbeat daddy.
The young girls were so shocked because both are the same number of months pregnant that they started comparing notes to find out on which date they slept with the man.
And they have decided to keep this information a secret until the babies are born so that they can both confront him as part of one big family.
Retribution kicks in
A CERTAIN WOMAN is wondering why she cannot keep her man at home though she does everything he wants.
This woman, who comes from a notorious St Michael district, feels the man is just ungrateful and does not appreciate what she does on a daily basis.
However, her friends are singing a different tune.
One said they warned her if she horned the man’s woman by enticing him with her pleasures that at some point in time another woman would do the same thing to her.
Her friend is now telling her that she is reaping the fruits of the wickedness she sowed.
