FOR HIS COUNTRY, community and family, acting Station Sergeant Glenville Alleyne served and protected.
That was the picture painted by his family and neighbours yesterday. 
According to police reports, the 51-year-old’s body was discovered by a family member at his Foul Bay, St Philip home with a gunshot wound around 5:45 p.m. on Sunday.
Lawmen did not specify where the wound was inflicted.
Had he lived, Alleyne would have marked his birthday on September 23. (AD)
