THE HIGH COST attached to booking the returning MV Harbour Master has not deterred promoters from jumping at the opportunity to hold events on what will be the island’s biggest party boat this Crop Over.

With the Harbour Master set to sail the seas of Barbados between July 20 and August 2, almost all of the available dates have already been booked by promoters, despite the US$5 000 price tag attached.

Managing director of Trinidadian tour company Travel Tours, Adrian Scoon, told the WEEKEND NATION yesterday that the 100-foot long and 40-foot wide pleasure boat was almost fully booked for its two-week stay in Barbados.

“The promoters have responded very well. While we are not yet fully booked, there are only a few spots left, so I am very satisfied,” Scoon said.
