THE Barbados Pride cricket squad painted the town pink yesterday along with staff and members of the Barbados Cricket Association, Kensington Oval Management Inc, the Barbados Defence Force Sports Programme and well-wishers in a  fund-raising drive for the breast cancer awareness group Little Pink Gift Foundation.

Starting at Independence Square and decked out in pink shirts, over 100 cricketers and enthusiasts collected contributions along the trek towards Kensington Oval. Many Barbadians leaving work were happy to play their part in raising funds  for the cause.
