Constable laid to rest

CONSTABLE PHILLIP Ricardo Greaves was laid to rest yesterday with glowing words of praise from family and co-workers.

The funeral took place at the St Patrick’s Roman Catholic Cathedral while the interment took place at Westbury Cemetery.

His father Trevor Greaves said his son, whose body was found hanging at his home last week Sunday, had once voiced an unwillingness to don a uniform so he was surprised when he said he was going to sign up for the police force. However the elder Greaves also said he was glad to hear it as well as he thought it meant his son was settling down in his life.
