O taste and see that the Creator is good: blessed is the man that trusts in the Creator! – Psalm 34:4
Goodness and blessings are also said to follow those who adhere to the rudiments of good eating and exercise.
In fact, creating and implementing good recipes with silent doctors is a personal way of maintaining good health.
Today, I am presenting healing and preventive recipes provided by Wilwore Jordan, a chef with more than 15 years’ experience.
Mr Jordan is a multigold and award-winning chef and a member of the Barbados Culinary team since 2010.
He said that these awe-inspiring recipes promote the use of healthy eating using Barbadian-grown silent doctors.
He is also an Alleyne School alumnus and is featured on the Super Centre 2012 calendar.
