Road tennis fans who flocked to venues in 2014 to see the epic battles between Mark “Venom” Griffith and Antoine “Lil Man” Daniel will be doing just that tomorrow night when the National Sports Council’s second set of semi-finals in the inter-parish championships are staged at the Deighton “Pa” Roach Centre in Bush Hall.

Unfortunately for St James, Daniel and Griffith have formed a deadly combination for St Michael A which should see the defending champions comfortably advancing to the finals. St James are represented by Stig Merritt and David “Jah Paul” Phillips.

Unless some gamer is willing to take odds of 1 000 to one that St James score an upset, the sole interest in the night cap game will be whether St Michael will have to play two full matches.
