THEY ARE STILL HERE. But the 11 Nigerian students who were to be repatriated to their home Delta State have moved residence. They are no longer at Casa Grande hotel in St Philip, but are staying at a guest house in St James.

In addition, one student opted to leave the island to return to Nigeria for “personal reasons”.

The turn of events came yesterday morning, 24 hours after the students got instructions to pack their bags and leave the island.

Under the watchful eye of a trio of lawmen, students embraced each other, while others danced and shouted that they were going home.
