CARLISLE HOYTE is a man with his breadfruit.
Spotted in The City recently with a cartful of the fruit, Hoyte said he was accustomed to selling well. His secret? Patience.
“I make out well since I wait on my breadfruit to get [full] before I pick them and that’s what people want,” he said.
While some other City vendors are reporting slowing sales, Hoyte appears to be getting out licking.
