A 21-YEAR-OLD has been charged with theft of a visitor’s property from Browne’s Beach, St Michael on Wednesday.
Police say they were called to the beach, and after a chase, Jeremy Che Weekes of Welch Terrace, St Michael, was caught and the property recovered.
Nineteen-year-old Chad Chandler of The Ivy, St Michael is also jointly charged with Weekes in a similar incident which occurred on February 15 at the same venue.
Weekes and Chandler are expected to appear at the District A Magistrates Court today. (PR/SAT)
