Wales end UWI’s run

NEIGHBOURHOOD Care Pharmacy Weymouth Wales returned to winning ways when the Digicel Premier League continued last Sunday night at the Barbados Football Association (BFA) Wildey AstroTurf.

After losing their unbeaten status last weekend to Direct TV Paradise, Wales broke someone’s streak in return.

Wales defeated the University of the West Indies (UWI) 2-0 to end the Cave Hill unit’s six- game winning streak.

Earlier in the evening, Paradise and Mackeson Brittons Hill played to a 1-1 draw while Rendezvous overcame Phone Medic Repair Belfield 3-2.
