Fitting tribute

Jamal Seales loved horses.

It was only fitting, therefore, that his final journey was led off by two horses.

Seales, known to his close friends as ‘Ball-ly The Great’, passed away on December 13 at the age of 20 after a short illness.

He hardly ever missed a race day at the Garrison Savannah and worked with owner Patrick Croney at the Codrington Riding Stables.

Family and friends gathered at Abundant Life Assembly yesterday for a service of thanksgiving that was preceded by a procession that passed through his home village – Waterford Housing Area, St Michael.
